There are several reasons why this post fit into the category “Against The Odds”. First of all it’s rare I meet animals of this size and that they turn up in front of a target like this. Secondly, this is my post number two hundred – who would have thought?

Amazing photo- I’ve always hoped to catch a glimpse of a moose when I’ve visited New Hampshire or Maine, but have never had any luck,
That made me smile. I’ve seen plenty of moose, but there’s never been a target like that anywhere near one. 🙂

What are the odds? I drove across the country from Toronto to Calgary and didn’t see one moose despite seeing numerous Beware of Moose signs. Great shot!
